    Weekly checkins with Nutrition/Exercise coaching, a customized exercise and nutrition plan: $450

    Weekly checkins with Nutrition/Exercise coaching, a customized exercise and nutrition plan PLUS a 1 hour 1 to 1 coaching  call 1x/month: $550.

  • Quarterly Subscription

    Weekly checkins with Nutrition/Exercise coaching, a customized exercise and nutrition plan: $1700

    Weekly checkins with Nutrition/Exercise coaching, a customized exercise and nutrition plan PLUS a 1 hour 1 to 1 coaching call 1x/month: $2100.

  • Yearly Subscription

    Weekly checkins with Nutrition/Exercise coaching, a customized exercise and nutrition plan: $4800

    Weekly checkins with Nutrition/Exercise coaching, a customized exercise and nutrition plan PLUS a 1 hour 1 to 1 coaching call 1x/month: $6000.

Personal Training

  • In-Person

    Each plan includes an exercise plan for a month and feedback on progress to help you reach your goals!

    Single Sessions 1x/wk:

    Travel: $175 per hour.

    At my office/Apple: $150 per hour.

    2x/wk or more:

    Travel: $150 per hour.

    At my office/Apple: $125 per hour.

    4 month commitment or longer (at least 2x/wk):

    Travel: $125 per hour.

    At my office/Apple: $100 per hour.

  • Remote

    Each plan includes an exercise plan for a month and feedback on progress to help you reach your goals!

    Single Sessions 1x/wk:

    $125 per hour.

    2x/wk or more:

    $100 per hour.

    4 month commitment or longer (at least 2x/wk):

    $75 per hour.
